This document is the final plans book for my senior capstone, where my group and I were paired with a real non-profit to create a campaign addressing their communication needs. Throughout the semester, we met weekly with our client to learn more about their organization and mission and how we could best support them. Our final plans book included a SWOT analysis, situation analysis, audience persona, goals, objects, strategies, tactics, PESO analysis, budget, content calendar, reported survey data and future recommendations.
